Register Your Return
Log into your customer account or use the guest order portal to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the return.
Print the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label and the return form provided in the confirmation email or your account dashboard.
Pack the Items
Place the original products, including all tags and protective packaging, into the shipping box along with the completed return form.
Drop Off and Refund
Affix the shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized parcel shop; your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
